DS-GO.PRO is managed from any computer or tablet with a web browser. Content playback is handled by the DSGO-PRO software player installed on playback devices—TV boxes, PCs, smartphones, tablets. The Internet connection is used only to upload content and send control commands, so if it drops, playback continues. Secure player-to-server connections use HTTPS with encryption and certificates.

Which playback devices can I use?
Any device with Android 7.0 or higher: TV boxes, tablets, smartphones, consumer TVs and pro displays.
How is content played on devices?
Playback is handled by the installed DS-GO.PRO player app. Content is downloaded and played locally on the device.
Is DS-GO.PRO live streaming?
Only for YouTube streaming. All other content is downloaded and played directly on the device.
How is content delivered to devices?
Content is delivered over the Internet. Secure connections to the DS-GO.PRO server use HTTPS with encryption. The Internet is also used for control commands.
What happens if the Internet connection drops?
If a TV box goes offline, playback will continue for up to 7 days—even if you reboot the screen daily. However, YouTube, screen control and new content uploads won’t be available, so avoid long outages.
Which content formats are supported?
Video files in MP4 H.264: 720p, 1080p, 2160p and graphics JPG, PNG, BMP .
Where is content stored on the device?
DS-GO.PRO player can use both built-in TV-box storage and external memory—cards and USB drives.
Do I need to launch DS-GO.PRO player manually after the device powers on?
No. After power-on, playback starts automatically with no user action.
