refuse registration;
restrict functionality;
request supporting information or documents;
temporarily suspend access;
delete the Account;

6.4. The Service Operator is not responsible for the Customer’s internal organization of work, internal allocation of permissions, supervision of the Customer’s personnel, or other internal processes of the Customer.

6.5. The Service Operator may establish restrictions, limits, and technical parameters for use of the Service, including limits on screens, devices, data volumes, API usage, concurrent sessions, request frequency, data streams, and other resources.

8. Customer Content and Data

8.1. The Customer retains all rights to its Content and data uploaded, created, or otherwise used in the Service.

12.5. The Customer is advised to export and save its data independently before the access term expires or before discontinuing use of the Service.

12.6. The Service Operator may refuse to provide, restrict, or terminate access to certain functions of the Service if the fulfillment of conditions promised to the Customer by a third party is technically impossible, contrary to the mandatory platform rules, inconsistent with security requirements, infringes the rights of the rights holder, or exceeds the scope of access actually provided.

13. Confidentiality
