Recommended file formats

Recommended encoding parameters: Ratio: square pixel, Profile: basic, Layer: 4.1, bit rate 25 Mbps.

It is recommended to use 3840×2160px or 2160×3840px images, depending on the orientation of the screen/zone being used.

Note the file size. The maximum size of a 4K graphic image (JPEG) is ~12 MB on average. If your file weighs significantly more, we recommend reducing its dpi (dpi, number of dots per inch) to 72. This can be done in Adobe Photoshop or similar programs.
